At Red Deer Packaging, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the information below regarding returns and refunds.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
Once cancellation is confirmed, items must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
Please contact us via our Contact Us page before returning any items.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
We do not accept returns sent without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs (where applicable) are refundable in line with UK consumer regulations. However, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
In such cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Are not in original condition
- Show signs of use
- Are returned outside the stated return window
Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement or your parcel appears lost, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
